To cancel a registration and receive a refund, notify us at least 10 days before the start of your workshop. If we are given the required 10-day notice, we will refund your payment less a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the 10 days of the start of the workshop.

Please register early. Registration is ongoing on a space-available basis. Students who wait to register may not be able to secure a spot in their preferred workshop. Some workshops may fill, while others may be canceled due to low enrollment. If we must cancel a workshop, you may receive credit toward a future workshop, or you may receive a full refund.


Please leave your pets at home, other than licensed service animals pets are not allowed, unless approved by the Art Base staff. Please contact the Art Base staff if you have questions: info@theartbase.org


The Art Base accepts persons regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation or religion. We reserve the right to refuse registrants with a history of unsatisfactory behavior; we also reserve the right to dismiss any student, without refund, for unacceptable behavior.

The Art Base places a high priority on protecting privacy.
Members of the Art Base, individuals that sign up to receive e-communications, or those who voluntarily provide us with contact information (such as name and e-mail address) must know that we use this information for specific, limited purposes. Individuals may always “opt out,” either now or at any time in the future, if they do not wish to receive mailed or electronic communication. The Art Base collects personal information to provide individuals with personalized service; to send e-mail alerts; to answer requests; to process membership applications; etc. The Art Base does not provide, sell, or rent contact information to anyone outside the organization.
